Hi all.
I'm currently 3 years into a 5/6 IVA. I hear that you can make a claim against Quickquid for compo for all the missold loans and that in the past. I borrowed loads from them. So is there a way I can find out how muchy claim would be without actually claiming as I'm sure that would be against my IVA rules. I don't feel that if they was to look theyd let me know...

Any 'compo' would be in direct proportion to the nature of your mis selling complaint. So you need to figure that out first.
Any redress will go to your creditors.0 -
With QuickQuid in administration and any redress (likely you be pence in the pound at best) going to the insolvency practitioner - not sure what the point and effort would be0
