Alexa and Shopping Lists

I was beginning to put together a major shopping list using an Amazon Alexa list when I began to wonder if the large supermarkets: Asda, Tesco etc had an Alexa Skill which would let you add items to their lists e.g Alexa add coffee to Asda. At the moment all I have is a list called shopping and that’s more of an Aide-m!moire.
It would seem a good way to make a shopping and keep a running total of costs but I also though that supermarkets would be reluctant to go down this road as a price comparison would be instantaneous !
If you shop online do you do a price comparison between two or more supermarkets and if so how do you go about it?

I sometimes use this website to compare prices:

I use IFTTT (https://ifttt.com/) to add things to my Tesco shopping basket using Alexa. I don't know if it does other supermarkets.0
