I'd suspect the tupperware windows, too.

Bay window - The only weight above will be in the bit of flat roof, and there are substantial supports to take the load.
The windows above, and the door, all have large stone lintels, so again, minimal loading on the uPVC windows.

Agreed, polyfiller will hide just about any crack internally, so the condition of the plaster shouldn't be used as a guide.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.

I'd suspect the tupperware windows, too. Have you had a look at Google Streetview, and seen if there are any older pics (clock icon at the bottom of the top left address box (assuming web browser - no idea on a phone)?

No cracks inside - nice and easy to polyfilla them...

This is from google streetview July 2015

The crack has clearly widened in the last five years

Looks like it had already been painted over in the older pic - there seems to be some "stepping" there already.

The cracking doesn't appear consistent with, for example, the bay window pulling away from the main external wall hence my suspiscion that it's the bessumer. Always suspectible to rot if the adjacent bay roof isn't well done.....
Health Warning: I am happy to occasionally comment on building matters on the forum. However it is simply not possible to give comprehensive professional technical advice on an internet forum. Any comments made are therefore only of a general nature to point you in what is hopefully the right direction.

If a survery determines the bressumer beam needs to be fixed, could you give a rough estimate of the costs and timescale (the property is in Liverpool)

Not with any degree of confidence, I'm afraid - too many variables at this stage. You are, however, probably talking several thousands.
