After one of my last entries in this thread I'm not expecting universal agreement ;)but I really don't find this to be a character property. I can spot an old door, a couple of old beams, but very little that's in keeping with the age of the property, or its history as a pub. Maybe its just me, maybe I need to get with the times! And as for the portakabin 'annex'...

I agree with you Manuel, not an ounce of character left.  Even the beams that exist look new.

That is horrible ! Looks like someone has been reading too many decorating magazines. The rooms look like a trendy office and the house seems really sterile and cold and ininviting. I imagine it would appeal to a premier league footballer who has a special display case for his posh watch collection. Also looks massively out of place compared to the rest of the village around it

I doubt a premiuer league footballer would want something with so little privacy and I have to say if I had the best part of £1million I would want to spend it on much more attractive outlooks as well as privacy.

tbf round the back looks out onto fields. I expect the public footpath that runs alongside it to be fenced in before you know it once somebody buys it mind you!

I don't really see where it is on the map, just going by what shows up through just about every window in the photos.  The folding doors offer something particularly disappointing that you wonder why they bothered with them.

I agree, my in-laws have one of those bannisters with glass panels instead of spindles and I really don't like it, it reminds me of something like a conference centre! Also I always think it looks like it would get very fingerprinty.
