Why oh why would you build that house and then restrict the views of the sea with all those thick pillars in the windows. Not only in the main reception area but also in the bedrooms. That said as an investment property with a short hop to Turnberry a little further to St Andrews and many other fantastic golf courses nearby it would likely get top dollar from the Americans as they visit the home of golf. Just need to get a tie in for guaranteed tee times.
