I thought the blue in the second picture was bad, then I saw the tenth one.
Hrm.. The back door in the kitchen - I have something very similar leading off to the garage. 15 point locking, dead bolt, steel security door.I suppose it all depends on where you live.I was in my last property for 12 years and I only bothered locking the door once which was when I went abroad for a couple of weeks. Apart from that it was always left unlocked even when no-one was in...I agree - I wouldn't want to live anywhere where external steel security doors are considered essential. Can leave doors unlocked around here without fear.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

We have a friend who has a croft just up the road from there (Durnamuck). He has the same view. It's about as idyllic as things get.

Their photographer seems to think the view is mostly about staring at the tarmac though...Skiddaw1 said:joho said:Don't like people? Here you go. Be sure to check the map location. The view though.....

as the owner may be responsible for maintaining and repairing that road it is more sense than normal. better than lots of picture of decoration that the sellers will take with themuser1977 said:

Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you. Anne Lamott
It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?

What's hiding behind the tree in picture 14? Some form of pylon?1 -
It's a railway at the bottom of the garden, so looks like a signal post and a radio mast.ProDave said:
