You are going to push the boat out!ProDave said:GDB2222 said:
I tend to agree. As long as it has mains drainage you can probably manage a tiny shower toilet 1 x 2 m, a mini kitchen, and a bed. Maybe put the bed in the attic?ProDave said:Misslayed said:That is possibly the cheapest house on the market in the UK at the moment?I would have thought there was scope for a loft conversion or build a second storey to make a nice little compact holiday home. Hell if I had the cash to buy it I would be very tempted.
My thought would be living room downstairs, bedroom in the loft possibly just a mezanine floor, extension into the rear yard for a kitchen and shower room.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Post war build - I wonder if the original 4 panel doors are hiding under the hardboard on those internal doors.snowdrop99 said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/121263407#/?channel=RES_BUY very sad to think that someone was living with that 'kitchen'
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Poor souls must have been putting a coat on to go and make a cup of tea. Would have lived better if they had never taken it out from the little galley.snowdrop99 said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/121263407#/?channel=RES_BUY very sad to think that someone was living with that 'kitchen'2 -
My father did that with some doors when my parents bought their council house. He lined them all with newspapers so there might have been some interesting late 60s early70s reading there if it was ever found.FreeBear said:
