Excellent justification for buying lots at the same time given the delivery fee - though... given doorstep deliver is now the norm... maybe not 'lots and lots'zagubov said:There's some very remote locations in recent posts. i wouldn't like to think how long a drive it would be to the nearest IKEA!

House Bought July 2020 - 19 years 0 months remaining on term
Next Step: Bathroom renovation booked for January 2021
Goal: Keep the bigger picture in mind...0 -
It's actually a thing in the Highlands that people band together and place an Ikea delivery every few months or so alltogether to cut costs. Works a treat lolzagubov said:There's some very remote locations in recent posts. i wouldn't like to think how long a drive it would be to the nearest IKEA!

I quite like that place. It has the potential to be made into a lovely family home.BikingBud said:What a "sad" fireplace: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-88304570.html feeling all isolated and forlorn
The fireplace does look very sad though.2 -
Yes, where I live (north coast of Scotland), there's a company that does a monthly run down to the Edinburgh IKEA, you place your order online and they pick it up for you!JustJane101 said:

I like it, or at least I could live with it. I don’t know the area, but it’s a lot of house for the money.RelievedSheff said:The outside of this one doesn't really match the inside!!

Such a shame, as it looks to have been done well and at some considerable expense.RelievedSheff said:The outside of this one doesn't really match the inside!!
