A lot of OSB plus quite a few planning & building regulation headaches.

Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.
  • That really is quite.....extraordinary, isn't it...! The Nissen Hut jutting into the property is a particularly....."interesting" touch.

Looks like the stove and one of the toilets have been condemned and are unsafe to use. Why else put tape across them.
If you zoom in, you can see the tape is marked 'Fashion Police Crime Scene: Do Not Enter'.

Unfortunately, I quite like the décor so am now dodging an arrest warrant.

Not sure what's going on with the wooden structure in the garden behind the snooker room extension.  On the subject of the snooker room itself, the brickwork looks damp as the bottom of the Ark Royal and the window appears suspect - steamed up, possibly.  Not sure about the loft conversion, either, as there is damage to the ceiling over the shower cabinet - inadequate ventilation?  Rest of the place looks in surprisingly good order.  Shame it's no-doubt destined for redevelopment.

There is quite a lot to take in, granted.  Interior design seems to be the combined work of Rameses II, Gypsy Rose Lee and a family of beavers.

I challenge anyone to look at the photo of the 'loft room' access without uttering an audible cry of 'dear God'.  The agent has the temerity to describe that lash-up as a 'room' - admire his/her front, at least.

Sure I can see mould in some photos, too, which is quite a feat given the drying properties of particle board.
