I think it's just the angle the pic has been taken in #34

It's certainly has had a 'good taste' bypass.  Not sure what close ups of the ornaments and wall lamp add in terms of selling it.

I thought it may have been HDR tomfoolery on pic 34 causing the effect, but looking at pics 14 & 29 it is clearly an empty patio

They've also used that "Lets show the house at night looking all cosy inside" effect in pic 2.
Seen similar in other online house photos.
