Bathroom mould

Having issues within bathroom and need help! I don't use heating in there and had no issues in summer, I can only assume heat from surrounding apartments is helping make mine a breeding ground???? * black mould within the rubbery part of grouting around bath. Who says you can't put a Bloo Block in the cistern....

If it is a close coupled cistern, the seal between the pan & cistern probably needs replacing. Not an easy job for a part that only costs a quid or two..
