Move Market Valuation Tool for Improvements

Is anyone familiar with this website? https://themovemarket.com/
It seems to have a handy little slider tool where you can adjust the value of a property based on potential improvements.
Now I know online valuations (a la zoopla) are unreliable at best, so am somewhat sceptical, but wondered if the "improvement" figures are remotely sensible?
(FWIW the property we are buying is valued about 15% more expensive than our accepted offer... so certainly not accurate on that front.)

As per Zoopla, it'll be based on 'general calculations'. There's no way it could say what increase in value improvements will make. There's a ceiling price in every road, and there are various styles of houses in each too.
There are improvement figures on zoopla too. Go to your property (not sure if you can do any property) and add what changes/improvements have been made. As with this one, it will give you a rough calculation.
Take all of these sorts of sites with a giant pinch of salt.2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0
