  • Did you contact the CAB? What did they suggest?


    Did you find out if there is a disputes procedure with the managing company?


    Do you have a copy of the buildings insurance policy? If not get a copy.
    Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid

    Your insurance company are not responsible for repair of the pipework, however they are responsible for consequential damage caused to your property. They ought to assist you with repairs.

    Get the pipe repaired and argue about who pays later.
