Pending transactions and overdraft with HSBC

My balance shows as positive, my available balance shows as negative )no pending transactions in the system) I had to call to.fogure it out and it turns out it was Spotify.
Anywho, I still haven't received the text saying I'm.overdrawn and my balance rains the same. When do.i actually go.into the overdraft once the pending transaction "clears"? I'm curious and HSBC is clueless
