Lost Connector Can You Buy New Ones

I have been putting my computer back together after being repaired and have lost my cable for my printer,it's the one that goes from the printer to the base unit,not the power cable.I want to know if I can get a new one or am I going to have to buy a new printer.It's a lexmark.Sorry but I realy don't know about these things and would appreciate any help.
