Bradford & Bingley - login via Santander?

Options
I hope someone will be able to remind me where I could try logging into my old Bradford & Bingley account which has been taken over by Santander.

I believe it was via a separate login procedure and I do not recall the account being added to main set of proper Santander account summary.

Thanks in advance.

  • My old Bradford & Bingley and Abbey National accounts ended up as dormant Santander accounts.

I found this out a couple of years ago when I used https://www.mylostaccount.org.uk/ and Santander contacted me that they had found 3 dormant accounts belonging to me.

I went into one of their branches to sort it out, and they dug the information out for me, and then told me what there was, one account at a time...

    The first one had .... £0 :(
The second one had about £1 :)
The third one had ... he paused ... over £2000

It was my old B&B account from the 90s which I thought I'd emptied out long ago.

The staff were great sorting this out for me and getting my money returned (they had to jump through quite a few process hoops to get the old account info sorted), so helpful that I wrote a letter of thanks to their manager :T
