PPI Refund after Payplan IVA Completion Help

Hello, i completed my IVA with Payplan well over 4 years ago now,
I originally owed £18k but repaid around £23k to Payplan including £8k of PPI at the time.
I have recently received a letter from Tescos saying Im due another refund of £3500 but they are saying it will be paid to Payplan!
Is this right? I’ve paid around £5k more than i borrowed originally & they still want more from me!!!
Do Payplan still have any claim over PPI after 4 years of completing my IVA?
Thanks.

If the PPI was paid for prior to the IVA then yes any redress would be considered a pre IVA assets, your best course of action would be to talk to your insolvency practitioner.0
