Dear Evan Hansen in London has a weekly online lottery, midday each Wednesday for tickets at £25 for the following week. We were successful the third time of trying.

I can certainly recommend TodayTix . My partner and I use the lottery function and the last minute functions, usually when we are on the Cardiff to London coach! So far, the seats have always been pretty good.
The ticket office TKTS in Leicester Square is also worth a look
