Bright sun here but OH tells me its only just above freezing.......we have to go into town this morning so hope the roads are ok. We then have to go to Grantham after lunch, he has an appointment to see about his ganglion, not looking forward to that. Its is going to involve an operation.

Towels in the washer, they will go in the dryer. My decision to buy a condensing dryer 2 years ago had certainly proved to be a good investment.

I need to do a freezer dive and find something for tonights supper. Not sure about dessert either.

I will be glad to get onto the new osteo medication, my head is full of cotton wool this morning.

Morning all. Chilly and bright here. The electrician cane at 8.30 to look at our outsde pir lights which have stopped working. We need new ones so DH has dashed to B &Q for replacements.

Not much plannrd today but we will see. Have a good day folks.

Morning all. Rubbish nights sleep. I caved in As soon as I got here and bought a cheapie electric blanket ( it was in the sales section) so getting into a warm bed was one of the highlights of my night . It is soooo cold here. It really does bring home the importance of good heating. My sister house is lit only by the coal fire and this one does have central heating but the house is in the ar°e end of beyond at the top of the valley where it gets all the wind...lovely in summer.....moan moan...sorry!
The bathroom light went last night so I stood on a chair to try and get the cover off without realising the chair was one of my father's to do projects and nearly fell off it because the stretcher is not fixed.....
Guess who's going to the tip today?....
My sister was pleased to see me at any rate.. I'm going to fill my boot up today and go and see in the shed what can go now that I can get to.
Gers, blinking mothers....they always know best though no matter what it is....Nanny, lol! What I really need is a full body duvet! I've turned into such a wuss. Hope you get the prep finished....this year? Speky, yeah stay off the foot! Hey all reading along....Trip to the tip Tuesday!
