Hi all,
I took out a well woman policy out with the above company nearly 15 years ago and was told that I would receive all my premiums back after 15 years if I hadn’t made a claim. They now tell me that’s not the case and I’m not going to get anything. Has anyone else had this problem? I think I have been conned!!! Please advise. Thanks in advance

What does your policy document say? (or the schedule or the statement of demands and needs - depending on when in 2005 you did it).0

they can’t just change their mind as that is missellingIt is not misselling. A missale is a wrong doing at point of sale. This appears to be an issue post sale.
