has any winners used their code for a free vegan meal yet?
Tried to use mine in the S*unthorpe branch yesterday and it was refused, manager said she had nothing about it
have contacted Frankie and bennys but they not got back to me yet

have complained on F&B contact us  page they have sent a £30 voucher and said are manager will sort it with the restauant looking forward to using then now

Mine didnt work either Manager took  the price of the mains from my bill manually.

have been down again and they are sorting it but really didn't know anything about it, also said the code wasn't what they normally took as not a q code etc. took my laptop to show the e mail but he has accepted that I am telling the truth. took the shine off the win really
