American Express high balance

Hi, I've had a high balance on my American Express card now for about a year. In the region of £12 000. I pay each month about £30 more than the minimum payment.

Received an email from them today:
"We have performed a review of your account and wanted to make you aware of options that may be available to you if there has been a change in your circumstances or to help you manage your account. This includes a range of SMS messages or email alerts, as well as a payment program that can provide some relief from finance charges while you pay down your outstanding balance."

If I speak to them and request a payment program with some relief of finance charges, do you think this will be noted on my credit file as something like an arranged payment marker?
