IVA with Payplan - advice

Thanks for the advice, the payment is for suffering and I genuinely have no idea how much it will be or even when I will be offered it.
Have you had confirmation you will be getting a pay out? or do you currently have a solicitors working on your behalf seeking compensation? I would be carefully saying you are definitely getting it if you do not actually know that you are. I would speak to your solicitors and ask them what the amount being claimed / expected realistic settlement may be. Then you can include something along the lines of 'the debtor is currently seeking compensation for suffering incurred due to XXXXX. The case is currently being compiled by a solicitors and currently there is no timescale for resolution. if the claim is successful then it is proposed that the debtor will retain 100%of the funds to pay the additional ongoing costs associated with the injury such XXXXX, which have not be claimed for on the income and expenditure.' Your IVA company may ask for a ballpark figure - your solicitors can give you this as they will submit a suggestion compensation figure in their reports.0
