First Direct Bank Statements - pre 2019

hi,
does anyone know how to access bank statements from 2018?
everything is very simple to find from January 2019 to now but anything before then only seems to have an "annual statement of charges" within each years list of statements.
I know the website was "updated" last year but previously individual statements were available for years and First Directs own blurb says "6 years of statements available online".
thank you.

I have just checked on my FD account.
I can get monthly statements for 2018 but anything previous to that it says that you have to contact them for the statements.
Note
Statements produced from 15 July 2018 are available in PDF format. We recommend you download and save your statements every month.
Can’t find the statement you are looking for here? Give us a call on 03 456 100 100 and we can order older statements for you through the post.0 -
Do you need actual statements or just your transaction history? The latter is available in CSV format going back six years.0

gt1959. odd that mine only go back to Jan 2019 then. before that each year only has the "charges" annual statement.
Migster. transactions would be great for a 8 month period but i couldn't quite work out how but i'm trying again now.
edit. sorted, thanks Migster.0
