Good savings and fixed rate bond accounts not on MSE

As the website says, the details shown for savings and fixed rate bonds do not cover regional banks and building societies, only national ones. That is perfectly fine, however are their accounts from regional banks or building societies that offer better rates and not shown on MSE; who are are FSCS and stable companies? I live in Hampshire, so ones in my county or surrounding ones (ie mid Southern England) would be accessible.

For regular savings, there is a local section: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/best-regular-savings-accounts/#local . Kent Reliance has one or two Hampshire and West Sussex branches.0

Newbury BS has a relatively nice existing members account, albeit for limited annual deposits. Also nice kids accounts.0
