I posted a few weeks ago regarding my brothers credit file.
He has a few accounts with creation bank. On his experian credit file these accounts were last updated on 13.10.19. They have not been updated since, despite him continuing to make regular payments on time etc.
Is this something to be concerned about or is this normal? I thought credit files were updated every 4-6 weeks.
