So just to update everyone, i spoke to the bank and they said i had to wait i think it was 30 days for the item to arrive. So I gave extra time as another customer who i got in touch with via the review page on fb had been told it was coming from China (turns out she also had foreign transactions appearing in the end). So before i called the bank yesterday, i double checked my account to get the correct dates etc and noticed that new transactions that i didn't authorise in a foreign currency so associated foreign fees etc too were showing up end of Feb. So got on the phone and bank helped me. They said that the company (showing up on statement as FAST DEAL TODAY had set up a continuous payment so that even with the new bank card they can still take payments so they cancelled it and sorted it all out.
Just to warn everyone...DO NOT USE COMPFYCUP website. Sorry to everyone for recommending it, i was too trusting or naive or stupid or all three!!

COMPFY CUP IS A SCAM! DO NOT SHARE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!
I ordered one cup on February and they charged me 4.95 USD as FastDealsToday (I saw the deal on Instagram). One month later, FastDealsToday charged 14.95 USD from my credit card without my permission! I have lost almost 100 TRY in Turkey's currency and I can't believe how inattentive I was. Please make sure you trust the seller before you share your credit card info. Now I don't even know if I will get my money back. Needless to say, there is no item arriving or anything.
  • I have to be honest, if you're planning on buying something, especially something you'll put somewhere intimate, check that the manufacturer can actually spell the word they're trying to!

You can buy Hey Girls cups in the co-op for less than £9. (I have one, it's fine, but I bet it won't last as long as my Mooncup has.)

If something seems too good to be true, maybe it is- q.v. tulip panties and the rest of the cheapo period pants advertised on social media. Heaps of dreadful reviews to be found with a quick search. Good luck getting your money back.
They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.
