THIS IS A SCAM-DO NOT USE!!!! Item never arrived and unauthorised payments taken from my account. Compfy menstrual cup are doing a promo offer for 1 x plus shipping for only $4.95. You can order in 3 different colours and choose from 2 sizes. compfycup.com. I think today only but just check.
I've just ordered so hope all is okay, please know i haven't ordered from this website before so hope it's legit.
If anyone else has ordered before, i'd appreciate if you can let me know for some peace of mind lol otherwise i'll find out one way or another (and i will update this post)

The company address is given as:
1 Farnham Road
Guildford Surrey GU2 4RG
United Kingdom
So why are prices in dollars?
Just curious.
Personally, I don't like websites that don't have a 'about us' page that gives information about the company, how long they've been in business etc.
Most websites have delivery information - prices, order processing times, delivery methods and timescales - but I can't see any of that on compfy.com
All of that doesn't mean it's an 'iffy' website.
I've read a lot of women use the 'mooncup' but I never did.0 -
Not sure why it's in dollars, i guess maybe it's American based and they have an independant person in the UK that is responsible for mailing them out in the UK.
Anyway checked my bank and it is showing up in my pending transactions as £3.79 so i'm thinking that is positive news. Didn't receive an order confirmation but i emailed them to ask so i'll update if i hear anything or how it goes.
Fingers crossed.0 -
I think you'll be fine.0

I'm just worried as i looked for them on amazon and i got results for comfycup not compfycup showing on amazon...so that makes me slightly more nervous. When i googled them my thread was right up there and then there was a facebook link and something from scamdoc saying they have a bad trust index...I'm not sure what that means but uh oh i'm feeling nervous.
I did receive an email back as i wrote to them to ask something and they confirmed they received my order and that it has been shipped.
It showed on my bank transactions as 'fast deal today', not compfycup. I got charged an extra non gbp transaction fee of 61p.
Keeping fingers and legs crossed now too.0 -
Ok so apparently scamdoc says the website has been created in the past 6 months and expects it to have a short life expectancy. Should i speak to my bank or what should i do to be safe (i know i should have checked first, that would have been safer but i only thought afterwards).
Any advice appreciated. TIA.0 -

Do a chargeback with your bank.
Thanks, just searched for info about that so will speak to bank tomorrow.
This is what i've found so far...a review...
I had ordered a comfy cup on 20th January and I got an email with my order I’d number. 2 days later I received a tracking Id which is invalid and on calling the customer care I learnt that my order number isn’t even showing in their database. It was just so unexpected. I don’t know who else to reach now.
So basically my product never reached me and tracking details are wrong.
And another....
This is also the exact same thing that I am experiencing and I am starting to believe that this is all a scam. Considering that I had given my card details, I have now grown to be very concerned regarding the status of my order and the possibility of a bad transaction.0 -

You need to give them time to deliver it. Let's say a month. After that I'd be calling my bank with a chargeback request.0 -
I would do as boo_star recommends andvwait for delivery.
As I said earlier, it's a pity they don't give timescales.
But be prepared to contact your bank.
How did you pay?
I wouldn't have ordered from that website for the reasons outlined in my first reply.0 -
Thanks Pollycat, i normally wouldn't have either, i don't know what i was thinking. Just one of those days i guess.0
