Is my leather sofa worth anything?

As Missile has said try Gumtree.0

Just put it on for sale at a price and drop it until it sells. My ex left her DFS corner sofa behind, it was getting long in the tooth and had a few nicks but was a decent size - ended up getting £250 for it, replacement was just over £1000, so a bit of a bonus really. Must have been 8-10 years old.0

Look for fire safety tags. If there are none, the charities won't want it, and it's illegal to sell it, apparently, even as a second-hand sale.
When my Mum passed, and I had to clear the house, I found that she'd cut the labels off, and at least a few who responded to my Gumtree ad refused to pay for them on this basis. I ended up giving them away for nought, again through Gumtree
(EDIT - eBay agrees)
