Suspect there is a scam winning notification going about - just got a Facebook notification that I had won a prize from Smile Car Finance but the Profile link took me to a page that required Registration to be able to receive the prize. The page itself was Smiile Car Fiinance and the URL was https://www.facebook.com/ardihanza.ardihanza.1 so I'm not going to touch this one with a bargepole!

Any fb post that reassures me "this is real and official, God bless you", plainly ISN'T!

Probably nothing to do with "Smile" and the competition has not actually closed yet.

It is now becoming quite common for scammers to send a fake "you are a winner" message that has nothing to do with the company running the competition (often see them posted about in FB groups on a daily basis).

This can happen with any competition that requires a Like/Comment (I remember there was one comp pulled before Christmas because so make fake notifications were being sent) but there are lots of them out there now.
