Many courses focus on recipes important to Raymond Blanc, showcasing dishes that inspired him to become the Michelin-starred chef he is today. For those living busy lives, the Blanc Vite course is perfect as it highlights skills and techniques to create fast, simple and delicious healthy dishes.

The Seasonal Dinner Party course reveals how to entertain guests with minimal effort and maximum effect with great ideas for simple, seasonal dishes that are sure to impress friends and family.

For those keen to start their journey, the Garden to Plate course offers guests an odyssey through the kitchen where they will be taught basic cookery craft skills enabling them to create wholesome, delicious and nutritiously balanced meals that will impress friends and family.

During the courses, guests are taken into the gorgeous gardens to explore the vast vegetable and herb patches, as well as the Japanese Water gardens, the Orchards and the mushroom valley

Prize breakdown:
Two places on a day course at the Raymond Blanc Cookery School. This prize is subject to availability and should be taken before the end of September 2020, excluding months June and July (available Monday to Thursday). The day includes morning tea/coffee on arrival, a working lunch with refreshments and all tuition.
