These prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. This can be collected/ claimed at Grand Arcade’s Management Suite, St Andrews Street, Cambridge CB2 3BJ, United Kingdom, between normal office hours (9 am to 5 pm), from Monday to Friday.
