What address is on land registry for the landlord?
Unfortunately The address I am renting now

Tenant has to write to the agent to request the LL's actual address and wait 21 days. If no address provided, then a criminal offence is commited. Post 5 above.
Should I handle with the „agency” on paper and send an official request to provide me with The landlord’s address to the repossessed address? Right now I have only private phone number and private e-mail of this lettings manager and all official sources disappeared...
I am not sure if writing with her this way is okay0 -

You do nothing other than wait for the Landlord to knock on the door, you ask for ID to check it is them and then invite them in to discuss. By all means tell the "lettings manager" that you are keeping the money for rent by until the Landlord makes contact but other than that you ignore them. When using the housing forum please use the sticky threads for valuable information.0 -
Tell the woman they can use the deposit for the final month and you agree not to sue the LL for not protecting it.It's nothing , not nothink.0

Yeah, I think it's reasonable
