Nectar Credit Card

I received an email from NECTAR stating that if I get a NECTAR credit card and spend £200 on it I will be awarded 5000 NECTAR points; by my calculations that is £25 so I have applied and am wiating to hear from them. NECTAR points can be used to pay for your shopping in Debenhams which I think is great.

1. If approved for the Nectar Credit Card you will receive 5,000 Nectar bonus points when you spend a minimum of £200 on goods and services purchased within 90 days of account opening. Double points will be accrued everywhere you spend for the first 3 months of Cardmembership only. 4 points per £1 consists of earning 2 points on your Nectar Credit Card and 2 points on your Nectar loyalty card at participating partners. Nectar points are not earned on Balance Transfers unless stated otherwise, Cash Advances, American Express Travellers Cheque purchases, Foreign Exchange and Express Cash Transactions, interest, any spending in excess of your Credit Limit, charges for dishonoured cheques, late payment or Referral Charges and American Express Credit Card finance charges. American Express reserves the right to vary the Nectar points you earn from American Express on spending at any Nectar partner.

sounds good fivealive, but be warned, many moneysavers including me have been sucked into these offers in the past, to find nectar really slow in dishing out the points, with some people spending hours on the nectar helpline demanding points which have not been credited, good luck though!!
