1) Open to residents of the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the United Kingdom aged 17 and over. Employees and their immediate families of Arnold Clark Group and its associated companies, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this draw are excluded from entry. Only one entry per person, no bulk or third-party entries.
2) Entry is gained by commenting on one of the Facebook competition post asking who you would take on your first road trip
3) Closing date for all entries is Sunday 2nd February at 23:59
4) The competition is open to entries on Facebook, Instagram & Twitter
a. Multiple entries allowed
b. Entries across multiple platforms are allowed
5) From all qualifying entries, one winner will be selected to win a Vauxhall Corsa Energy in a colour of their choice (subject to availability)
6) All winners will be notified via a reply and private message on the social media platform the entered on.
7) Confirmation of ability to collect the prize must be given within 48 hours of us informing the winner they have won. If no response is given an alternative winner will be selected.
8) When a response is given, we will arrange delivery of the vehicle and confirm availability of colours.
9) No entry fee, no purchase necessary.
10) No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable. Prize does not include costs of travel or accommodation.
11) The promoter’s (Arnold Clark Group) decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.
12)The promoter (Arnold Clark Group) reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
13)The Arnold Clark Group reserves the right to exclude any entries which they believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
14)The winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this draw without entitlement to any financial reward.
