which is a consumer programme for people lazing around at 9.30 in the morning (like me).
Customer owed £600 and can't get it back. Ombudsman found in her favour but TE just ignored it. Conclusion: ombudsman useless and TE incompetent or devious.
My one energy tip is to give this company a wide berth.

They've owed me £53+ (by their strange calculations!) since last Feb. HOWEVER, since I actually owe them , I'm not chasing any more!!:rotfl:0
