Update. Got another mail today.
Good morning Mr Clayton
Please accept my apologies that you are still waiting for your refund, after checking with our Finance Department I have been informed that, due to a small back log of refunds, there will be a slight delay and your payment will be processed within the next ten working days.
Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for the further delay and inconvenience caused to you.
Warmest Regards
Karen

Eureka !! I have today received the owed money into my account.
This nearly 5 months after leaving them.
This isn't a success story, they shouldn't be trading in my view as my problem seems typical.
Avoid at all costs.

I had gotten mine this week too and am as relieved as you are. Hopefully things are starting to move along a bit for everyone else too.
I left on 4 December, which probably isn't as long as some people have been waiting but I left because I moved house. That's another thing that got me wound up! UP didn't really lose a customer as they are still supplying the same property and the new people have probably already started paying them.
Anyway, it's all been given back to me now and I can chalk it up as experience.1 -
I am still awaiting a refund and they offered it to me because I changed tariffs. Its been about 3 weeks now but apparently still within their time frame. At least I am still with them.1
