    AI advisers take out the personal, human involvement (obviously!)

    As has been said before on here sometimes investors need the reassurance/handholding that some IFAs bring to the party. Something I very much value from my IFA

    Then there is the face to face aspect.
    I would think as well that AI would struggle to pitch the info at the right level for the client .
    Whereas a good IFA ( or dare I even say a FA) would soon sense the level of knowledge the customer had , and adjust their presentation accordingly .
    Also they can use appropriate analogies to explain difficult points etc
