I didnt say Allay dont gain financially out of it, but the insolvancy team and even Allay themselves explained it to me that they get their percentage from who ever wins the claim. Whether that be the OR or me.

Then you'd better tell the OR to get their chequebook out.

That's going to be a surprise to them, that they have to pay for something you signed up for.

Don't buy any more stuff, in case the OR run out of money.

If the OP won't take the advice given on here then let them find out the hard way, it won't be long before they post again, in a worse off state.

Glad you rang the helpline (you’re welcome by the way ).

Did they honestly say that Allay won’t bill you? You have said yourself the arrangement is a no-win no-fee basis. So if they win there is a fee surely?? The IS helpline person hadn’t read the Ts and Cs you signed up to do how could they say you won’t get a bill??

Right I have just got off the phone to the insolvency customer service line.

They said I WILL NOT recieve any scary bills from the OR even though Allay hss got the ball rolling fot me to claim PPI, and Allay certainly won't charge me. .
It’s hard to tell at this point if you are intentionally missing the point.

No-one has said that the receiver would charge you a penny, so why are you posting about it? Everyone is in agreement here, they would not.

What would happen, as has been patiently explained to you, many times, is that a successful PPI claim would be paid out, to the receiver.

The claims company would then bill you for the work that they had done.

Neither the receiver nor the bank would pay this claims company, it is only you who have agreed to have them represent you.

I know that you don’t remember doing this, but they would not be acting unless you’d agreed that they could.

Mouse007 I have clearly mentioned that I already contacted the insolvency office this morning bang on opening hours.

They told me theres no charges.
    How.

    Many.

    Times?

For god’s sake, no-one said that the receiver would charge. No-one. Why are you acting as though they did?

The claims company in this case Allay dont chase me for anything they said, they get it from wherever the successful claim went to.
How many times do I have to type that?

And yes I mentioned Allay a lot in the conversation with the insolvency officer, they are very aware of them, and said they work on a no win no fee basis.

I feel like a cracked record here and the needle is worn out

Let's see if I can make it clearer for you.

You employed this company to complain on your behalf despite you telling them you were a bankrupt [ after which time they should have said ok, we'll leave you alone then]

Allay work on no win no fee

If any of your complaints that they start on your behalf are successful, that's a win, for which they will want a fee.

Because you are the one who employed them, you are responsible for the fee, even though the money from any successful complaint is going to the OR

So the OR will receive the money, and they will be looking for the fee from you.

The OR getting any money does not make the OR responsible for paying Allay, that's down to you.
Allay can't take any money out of the money that will go to the OR, they will bill you for the successful complaint.

You don't seem to understand what no win no fee actually means.

As I said before, I hope you have it in writing that you told them you were bankrupt because if you have, you will have a lucky escape and not have to pay them.

And for heavens sake, please start being a bit more savvy, do not employ companies willy nilly, do your research first before you do anything in the future, and that includes whenever you feel the urge for credit, Research the best ways first, do not blindly sign up to any company who says they can help you. They usually only say that when they want money out of you.
One thing you can do in your favour now, is send Allay a SAR and ask them for a copy the letter of authority that they MUST have to complain on your behalf.

Even a cursory glance at the OP's posting history reveals that he's continually yanking the chain of everyone who responds to him. I refer you specifically to his thread about Sky decoders as a perfect example.
