They are an absolute shambles Quanta Law they don't know their head from their backside. I get so many emails from them and most of the emails will suggest that the previous email was a load of bull or a blatant lie. Don't touch them with a barge pole would be my advice1

Unfortunately I was drawn in and signed a contract. This was back in November 2019. Since then all they say when I call for an update is that they are still trying to finance the claim...
I would like to get out of the contract but have no idea how without it costing me any money.
Any suggestions?0 -
Now would be a good time to read the contract you signed. The answer will be in there.0

I would love to be able to tell you how, but unfortunately the contract has been signed and if you do try and cancel now, they will undoubtedly bill you for "all the work they have done so far". I hate to use your post as an example but this sums up their business model perfectly. They convince you that you owed thousands, but they cannot convince a wise investor that your case is worth funding. I assume that you have taken on a loan for all this and will be paying interest while they "try to finance the claim"

Hi good evening, yes I've been silly enough to sign up, they said time and time again we have the opportunity to claim on over paid interest.
guess what they are waiting for my insurance to be approved.
Has anyone got out of this contract with out paying their total on the insurance loan, looks like they qoute for each case.
I've contacted them over the phone okay on a couple of occasions, but their is no direct Email address for them on any of their documents, I find that strange.
