Is a money transfer worse on your credit score than a balance transfer?

Basically I want to do a balance transfer to Card A from Card B

Card B is offering me the exact same terms on both a balance and money transfer

Card A balance doesn't need to be paid for a few months before the 0% runs out so if I did a money transfer to my current account I could have the money sitting in my account for interest and in case of an emergency

The offers on Card B only last for a few more days so I need to use it now

Is it the same doing a money transfer or will it go against me compared to doing a balance transfer?

Thank you
