How can I get my product?

I sent an expensive controller back to the company from whom I bought it to be fixed. They have previously fixed it before, but have recently paired up with a company called xrocker (reviews are horrible, all state they never respond to anyone) customcontrollersuk-the company we’re great at replying, until I paid for the repair. Now I have no product, and 31 pounds for repair, total loss at current-£180. They read my messages on Facebook but ignore me, and don’t respond to emails. I’m lost as to what I can do, has anyone got any ideas?
