Husband with 1yo, wife leaving but I'm living in 2 bedroom rented house. What happens to benefits?

From your posts, it seems that your child is with you, not mum. If you have your child at least four nights a week, you are the primary carer. However, from the infomation above, it looks as though your wife is receiving the money for your child.



Can you clarify who the child is living with? If he is with you, do you intend him to stay with you?
