Energy switch completed but reported as failed - no cashback
I switched to EDF over 3 months ago via the CheapEnergyClub tool here at MSE. Recently I got an email from the Energy Club to say my switch had failed, so no cashback. I contacted EDF and they are adamant that they have not told the Energy Club that the switch has failed.
Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

No, I've never experienced anything like that.
Probably best to contact the Cheap Energy Club directly and get them to investigate for you0 -
I have contacted them and EDF, but nothing forthcoming yet.
I wanted to see if there was a trend with a particular supplier to avoid the cashback. If your outgoings exceed your income, your upkeep will be your downfall.
