Morning all! Fed, watered, dressed and raring to go! Kind f
Sushi was lovely, not impresed with chicken teryaki though, won't be having that again but the beef one was nice...Tasted yuzu, one ticked off the list, ate a lot of sashimi, bloody lovely..Also stopped off at patisserie valerie on way back and got two cakes to bring home. My friend was giving blood before we went so I was asking them all sorts of questions about how it worked, what they did, who could and couldn't give blood [pretty much anyone one who has ever had most types of cancer, and not because of the treatment, but because they don't know where it starts so can't take the chance] where it was collected etc. All very fascinating to me.
I also found a taker for my wood ash who is very local, fabulous!
Going to start the major declutter now with a little tester pot of the under the stairs dumping ground of tools and toilet paper...
nanny, lucky he likes her! And yes, better shoes. The first time I went to trago I spent nearly three hours wandering about and didn't even realise...[ BTW, http://snittykittys.blogspot.com/, hesters blog shows she had a pretty rubbish day yesterday...]bella, I'm sorry, I hope it works for her..TA, hobnobbing with the stars! How lovely for them! And I have a big soft spot for her, she's just such a good role model, doesn't take sh*t, and is fabulous...Glad the cat gave you a morning off! Hope everyone has their aches and pain go away and comes back to fight another...oh, you know.....Hey all reading along, Tidy Up Thursday!Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
Ok, Take Two:
I have been back to bed and caught up with some sleep and now I feel what passes for human. Steve is in the process of making me another cup of tea which will help me no end I'm sure.
The washing machine is doing it's thing and Lee has washed up from yesterday so the kitchen looks half decent. I will ask Steve to run the hoover round the living room before my lovely friend arrives and I will dust and polish.
Hugs to bellabella for Kassie, it is heartbreaking to watch your beloved pet go through that. I hope she is not in pain and you get to spend a little more time with her xxx
I spent a lot of last night chatting with my sisters and brother while we sorted out the booking for our get together in March. There will be 21 of us so we will need to choose what we want to eat 2 weeks before and then send our choices to the restaurant. I am so looking forward to it:beer:
Right, I'm off again now I am in a much better mood. Enjoy your day everyone xx0 -
Afternoon.
I've been out to do a little bit of top-up shopping though I thought that today was 22 Jan so bought a couple of things which now need a fast eat-up.
My mood was good until I met an annoying neighbour and got into an unhelpful conversation with her. Some people are just tone deaf when sending emails! Anyway, I've got everything off my chest at least. :rotfl:
Now waiting for an Amazon delivery or two.
Happy rest of Thursday to all.0 -
Thanks taff for the link, I had lost it when I changed laptops and I couldn't remember her title thingy. It is now bookmarked again. Re Trago we were there for 5hrs  with a short stop for lunch. I think I did extra miles trying to find the "kids". I'd go to find one and then the other would wander off :rotfl:.
Dumpling I'm glad you feel a little better now.

Csarina our Al*i seems to be the same with gaps on the shelves. I've also noticed that their prices are rising

Hi everyone
My DD and little granddaughter are allowed home from the hospital Friday afternoon till Sunday night. She was to be fed by the tube into her bowel over the weekend and then have a scan on Monday so DD asked to come home, as that's how she's been fed for months now. So at least they'll get a break from the hospital, though still no further forward regarding what's actually wrong with her stomach.0
