Barclays Packaged Account

Options
hi

i had a Barclays PPi upheld by FOS in 2013. i am now claiming for my packaged Additions Account and have today been contacted by FOS to say Barclays want info on a "ex' who was on the account for a short time.

i have evidenced the 2013 PPi claim which as for zero details of the 'ex' plus statements to show that from 2008 he was not on the account

Why would they now want this information

Any guidance would be helpful
