Are sold prices always correct on Rightmove?

    You can search the land registry records for sold prices for free.

    No, sorry, ours isn't there, but I do have a copy of the Land Registry transfer docs, so I know it's OK.
    As I said, presumably people may buy that, but it's £3 to find out what it says. I doubt if anyone thinks the knowledge is worth £3 though!

    Checked with land registry...the price paid was actually £290k which makes more sense. Now to overthink about what to offer...orio 335 seems a big jump in 2 years for the area....
