    I told my EA to do it for me within their % charge. I did not pay for it.

    Just watch out for a fee if you decide to switch agets for any reason.... 'Free EPC' suddenly isn't free any more.

    Only if the LL is willing to pay for them. If that is what you meant, G_M, I apologise but the days of free ones are pretty much behind us and not all properties are suitable for (free) solar panels: Basically, if the company providing them will not make enough profit, they won't install them.

    If you pay for them, I have no doubt there are firms out there who are happy to take people's money knowing the savings they make will be small to non-existent.
