PPI refund agreed. But still not received. Interest?

NatWest sent me a figure that I agreed with back in November, but nearly three months later they are yet to pay me. (Due to high number of claims.) Surely I am now owed additional interest and they should eventually pay me more than originally agreed?

They normally assess the interest at the point they do the redress. As it hasnt got to that point yet, you should get the extra interest automatically.0

Thanks SonOf! I wasn't aware of that! I guess it might have said so in my settlement agreement, but I don't recall. I'll check later, but that's good news.0
