You are posting as if this is something new to the forum. It is something new for YOU but not for the forum. Please read the sticky thread first, then ask what you don't understand from the linked examples of set asides.

And note that YOU can't fill in forms, only your Dad can, as it's his CCJ not yours. You cannot take it from him/transfer it to you.

But you can help him get rid of the CCJ and then defend the meritless claim, win and pay nothing (all a really good life experience at your local court, your chance to see what hearings are like and no risk, not a criminal matter, just your Dad, you and the Judge (plus a rep for the other side).

This is what we do here all the time. Your Dad and you can too.

Does Dad qualify on low income grounds for free or help with court fees? Hope so!
